Meals and Housing Assistance (IFC)

Soup Kitchen: IFC Community Kitchen

Volunteers are supervised by the IFC cook. Regular volunteers serve once a month from 10:15 a.m.-12:30 p.m. All help is welcomed!

Family Shelter: IFC Homestart

Plan a meal, shop for the ingredients, prepare the meal (at your house or the Homestart kitchen), and deliver it to the women’s shelter.

Food Pantry: IFC Community Market

The committee promotes year-round donations of food and personal care items from parishioners for the IFC Food Pantry and other local Food Distribution ministries. Donations are collected, sorted, and delivered weekly by committee members. The IFC reports that our parish contribution is generally about 20% of their total weekly collection from the community. Volunteers needed to deliver donations.   Contact: Carol Jakub
